  • Refreshment will be in form of Cold drinks, soft juice ( Mango, Pineapple, Guava ), water bottle.
  • Payment will be online, Bank transfer or cash collect from hotel 1 day before tour. Cash on spot not available.
  • In case of bad weather, the coastguard will alert the company, which has the right to change the schedule of the trip, and you will be notify few hours before tour.
  • You will receive SMS / whatsapp message one day before tour starts to reconfirm your pick-up time. if you don't use whatsapp, kindly let us know what is best way to contact you.
  • if you have flight layover at dubai airport or cruise ship dock at port rashid dubai and want enjoy the yacht ride experience. we can arrange tour according your desire time.
