additional information

  • Child ticket :: 3 - 10 years. Below 3 years kid not allowed to fly
  • Balloon tour service is available from 01 October to 28 April every year
  • Kids aged between 3 and 10 years of age will be accompanied by an child price
  • The maximum weight limit for 1 adult is 120 KG, any passengers above this weight will be charged double

 

  • The entire activity takes approximately 4 hours, with pick drop from your location..
  • It's mandatory for all the passengers to submit a copy of ID (e.g. passport/driver's license/government ID).
  • Please wear comfortable clothes (e.g. warm clothes during winter) as bags are not permitted on board the balloon.
  • Payment will be online or cash collection from your hotel 3 day before tour date, Cash at pickup not available fo rthis tour.
  • Women who are more than 3 months pregnant, and anyone with injuries or recent surgeries in their limbs or back are not permitted to fly.
  • The balloon flies with the wind and this determines the direction and distance, so the views differ from flight to flight. Visibility is completely dependent on weather conditions.
  • Pick & drop is include, Anywhere in dubai, sharjah you are staying or wherever you want us pick you, our Guide shall come to picking and after tour drop back at your location.
