- The tour runs on all days of the week from 9 AM to before sunset. It lasts for 30 minutes

- Kindly must bring your valid passport, without id or passport not allowed.
- A short safety briefing will be given to participants before the tour departs.
- Last minute booking same day, Payment will be cash at pick up time in Dirham.
- The tour operator works hard to make the trips as enjoyable and safe as possible, kindly follow the instruction given from instructor.
- Women who are more than 1 month pregnant, and anyone who feel pain in their limbs or back spine are not permitted to do this activity.
- Minimum age for participation is 16 years old (both for driving the jetski and for jetski passengers). Child below 5 years not allowed, 10 - 15 years child will ride with their fmaily member.
- All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather, we may reschedule the activity. You will be notify 1 day before your tour date.
- Important: You are required to sign a waiver before the activity, and bring original proof of ID (valid id or passport). The tour is non-refundable if no original ID document will provide from you.
